• IoT Telemetry & Smart Living Metrics (Div 03): Device status logs, ambient sensor recordings (temperature, humidity), and network connectivity indicators. Note: We do not harvest, store, or monetize private audio/video streams from your smart home security devices.
• Aerial Geospatial & Imagery Data (Div 01): Drone photogrammetry datasets, thermal records, and elevation models acquired specifically under your contracted commercial authorization.
• Proprietary Hardware IP (Div 02): CAD files, STL files, and Gerber/PCB layout schematics uploaded for 3D printing or prototyping are treated as strictly confidential intellectual property.
• Hosting Server Logs (Div 04): IP addresses, browser agents, cookies, and diagnostic crash data generated when accessing the Vikirna Superstore or utilizing our IT-ES networks.

Google API Limited Use Policy

Vikirna Mediatek's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How and Why We Process Your Information

We process your personal information only when we have a valid legal basis to do so:

• Contractual Necessity: To fulfill and manage your Superstore hosting orders, deliver physical print media, or execute drone survey contracts.
• Legitimate Business Interests: To improve our IT-ES platforms, monitor IoT hardware uptime, and prevent fraud on our networks.
• Consent: When you opt-in to marketing communications or explicitly grant permissions for Smart Home voice-assistant integrations.
• Legal Obligations: To comply with Indian DGCA aviation logging requirements for drone flights, and domestic taxation (GST) record-keeping.
